First presented in 1954, the AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo is acknowledged as the largest gathering of perioperative professionals in the world and the largest surgical products trade show in the United States.

Novasyte Health announces today that Chief Financial Officer, Neil Thomas, is a Finalist in the 2019 CFO of the Year Awards by San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ). A panel of judges, made up of the region's top financial leaders, selected candidates who overcame unique challenges and stood out among other local CFOs. The winner will be announced on March 28, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla Aventine.

Novasyte Health is excited to announce that we have been named one of eight Suppliers of the Year by Becton Dickinson (BD) at the annual Supplier Recognition Awards that took place on March 12, 2019. This marks an important milestone in our long-standing partnership with BD.

At Novasyte, we are proud to foster a culture of inclusivity. For February, we recognize and honor Black History Month. First celebrated in 1925 to recognize the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglas, the celebration was expanded to a month in 1976 as encouraged by President Gerald Ford. He urged Americans to, “seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.”

Throughout the month, Novasyte has celebrated by coming together as a team for a diversity potluck as well as sharing a playlist from Spotify. (*Disclaimer: some songs have explicit language; Novasyte does not endorse this playlist but we think it is another fun way to feel connected to the month.)
