Novasyte Health, an IQVIA™ company, is proud to welcome its newest member of the corporate team, Monserrat Padilla Galindo, who officially started her role as Vendor Credentialing Specialist in October 2021.

"Why did you decide to join the Novasyte team?"
I wanted a job that challenged my potential and enhanced my knowledge. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychological Science with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology. I knew I wanted to work in health, but was not sure where to start. I then found a position open at Novasyte. This inspired me to learn more about the company and realize I would love to be a part of a company that uses its resources for the greater good.
"What do you hope to contribute to our growing organization?"
I hope to be able to contribute my analytical, communication and strategic skills to the company. I know there is a lot I will learn from people in this organization and I hope there is something they can learn from me as I adapt and grow within the company.
"Where are you from originally?"
I was born and raised in Mexico City, but when I was six, my mom decided to move to the United States.
"Who inspires you?"
The person who inspires me the most has always been my mom. She has been a single parent for as long as I can remember and has always strived to provide us with a better life. She works countless hours and still finds time to spend with us. I also look up to her because she has a huge heart. She always sees the best in people and helps them in any way she can.
"Where is your favorite place in the world?"
My favorite place is the world is the Island of Montserrat. Although my name is spelled differently, I consider it a special place. My name is not very common in the United States, so it is nice to see a place kind of close to my name.
"What was the best concert you have ever attended?"
The best concert I have attended is Green Day.
"What is a fun fact about you?"
I like to ride roller coasters. One of my goals is to visit different theme parks around the world.
