Novasyte is proud to welcome its newest member of the corporate team, Elizabeth Sinatra, who officially started in her role of Payroll Specialist on Monday, February 26th.

"Why did you decide to join the Novasyte team?"
After my interview I felt very comfortable with making a change after working with my pervious company for seven years. I am looking forward to what I can bring to Novasyte.
"Where were you working prior to Novasyte?"
I was working for a development and construction company as a HR and Payroll Coordinator.
"What do you hope to be able to contribute to our growing organization?"
I am looking forward to bringing my experiences that I have learned from past jobs to bring ideas that could work for a growing organization as well as learn ways that consistently improve the work flow and make a smooth process.
"Where are you from originally?"
I was born here in sunny California but I did live in Baltimore, Maryland for most of my school years. As soon as I finished high school, I moved back to California where it is warm.
"Who inspires you?"
I would always say my mom because she brought my siblings and me up as a single mother but it never felt like we were missing out on things in life. She has been a huge role model that I look forward to continuing with my daughter and can only hope that I have the same relationship with her as I do with my mom.
"Where is your favorite place in the world?"
I haven’t been to many places but I did enjoy Hawaii and I look forward to visiting Greece one day.
"What was the best concert you have ever attended?"
I haven’t been to a concert in a long while but the best one that I attended was Mariah Carey because it was with my dad. He was always so much fun to be with, no matter who was performing.
"What is a fun fact about you?"
I love to read a lot and when I am not working and reading, I love to spend time with my family as we are super close.
