Novasyte Health, an IQVIA™ company, is proud to welcome its newest member of the corporate team, Clarissa Lyon, who officially started her role as Corporate Scheduler in August 2021.

"Why did you decide to join the Novasyte team?"

I was very attracted to the culture and people I have met at the company. I come from a medical background and was very excited to stay within the industry.

"What do you hope to contribute to our growing organization?"

I hope to bring my knowledge and previous experience to help with consultant, client and co-worker relationships. I am excited to have the opportunity to learn and grow even more with Novasyte Health.

"Where are you from originally?"

My family is originally from the San Bernadino area. I lived in Phelan, California until I was 10 years old, then my family relocated to a super small town in Villisca, Iowa until I graduated High School with 26 classmates. I then relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where I have lived for the last 15 years, which I do not recommend moving to. It is way too hot!

"Who inspires you?"

My husband inspires me. He has had a lot of difficulties in life and has beat the odds. He has the biggest heart and truly works his tail off for our family. He makes me want to be a better person and really knows how to keep me grounded during difficult times.

"Where is your favorite place in the world?"

I love the ocean and sea life.

"What was the best concert you have ever attended?"

There are too many to just pick one! I LOVE music (well most music) and I have to say that any concert you go to is great when you know the lyrics and can sing with the band. Also, I love getting as close as I can to those huge speakers. When that bass hits and your heart skips a beat -- who doesn't love that, right?

"What is a fun fact about you?"

I love Dad jokes, even though I am terrible at remembering them.
