How long have you been with Novasyte?
I have worked at Novasyte since February 2019.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
The people who make Novasyte what it is. I also enjoy snack day.
What is a fun fact about you?
I am a huge arts and crafts geek.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I have worked at Novasyte for four years.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
My favorite part of working at Novasyte is the relationships I have built, both with my colleagues and my clients.
What is a fun fact about you?
I have a four-year-old daughter named Molly who keeps me busy and she is a ton of fun.

Mary Harrah, Account Manager
How long have you been with Novasyte?
It's been about one year and eight months (since March 25, 2019).
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
My favorite part about working at Novasyte is the people. From internal teams and colleagues across departments to clients and external field teams, I have had the pleasure of working with so many inspiring, motivating and passionate individuals throughout my Novasyte career. The best part about working with so many influential people is that I not only have the opportunity to learn and grow from them every day, but I am also inspired to do the same for others in return.
What is a fun fact about you?
Although I was raised as a beach and ocean lover, my favorite activity in the world is snowboarding. In April of 2016, I became the first female snowboard instructor in the state of Arizona to achieve a Level II certification through the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI). My skills may not be where they used to be, but my love for the sport will never fade.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I've worked at Novasyte since October 2019, which is about one year and two months.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
My favorite part about working at Novasyte is the mentorship I receive from my Account Manager. Mary always goes above and beyond to not only challenge me but also provide support and guidance each step of the way. I'm very fortunate to work with someone as compassionate, driven and fair as Mary.
What is a fun fact about you?
We converted half of our garage into a gym so now my fiancé and I workout together during our lunch breaks.

I have worked at Novasyte since March of 2019.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
One thing I really admire about working at Novasyte is our leadership's ability to be open and personable.
What is a fun fact about you?
I once traveled to Guatemala for a week three times in one year.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I just hit my one-year anniversary with Novasyte.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
I really enjoy the culture and support from everyone, especially during this difficult period in time. I am so grateful the company was flexible enough to allow me to train in recruitment and learn how to reconcile expenses to provide additional opportunities.
What is a fun fact about you?
When I was going through college, I worked at the Safari Park for about seven years.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I have been with Novasyte for about eight months.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
I started this job right before quarantine so I only spent a few weeks in the office, however even while working from home I feel so lucky to work for a place with such amazing company culture. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
What is a fun fact about you?
I got a puppy during quarantine. His name is Leo and he is a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I have worked for Novasyte since July 9th, 2018 (just shy of two and a half years).
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
My favorite parts about working at Novasyte are the flexibility in the work schedule and how supportive and encouraging our leadership and colleagues are in each and every one of us pursuing our desired career path and goals.
What is a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is I enjoy reading about astronomy and I'm excited about the upcoming meteor showers.

How long have you been with Novasyte?
I have worked at Novasyte for four and a half years.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
My favorite part of working for Novasyte has been seeing it grow year over year with traditions, new employees, new office locations, etc. It has been so great to see the changes over the years while also still seeing the culture remain the same.
What is a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I love Sci-Fi. One of my favorite shows is Dr. Who. If you are a true Sci-Fi fan you know that show and the phone box Tardis.

I have been at Novasyte for a little over three years.
What is your favorite part of working at Novasyte?
The culture is awesome. The fast environment and the challenges ensure each day is not the same as the others.
What is a fun fact about you?
I LOVE Disney. I got engaged on a Disney Cruise, my wedding dress was Aurora and I got married on Mickey and Minnie's birthday. None of this was planned on purpose. In my spare time, I love to go out to the desert and ride in our Polaris RZR.
