Novasyte is proud to announce Charlene Starr as the 2017 Consultant of the Year.
The Consultant of the Year award marks the highest form of recognition for consultants’ achievements in the field. Voted on by the internal Novasyte team, Charlene was selected from four high-performing Consultants of the Quarter, who were recognized among the 52 individuals awarded Consultant of the Week.
Field performance, client feedback, hours worked, expense management and ADP performance, and tenure with Novasyte are some of the key contributing factors evaluated when awarding Consultant of the Week.
February marks Novasyte's 10 year company anniversary. As we reflect on where we started and how far we have come as an organization, we wanted to express thanks to every client, team member and vendor who has helped shape us as an organization.
Novasyte is always looking for opportunities to donate to the San Diego community. This past Thursday, February 9th, the home office team was excited to participate in a blood drive. The San Diego Blood Bank stationed their "bloodmobile" on-site, and our team members donated throughout the day, reaching our goal of 15 donations.
Here are some photos from our day of donation.

We continue to think about the Greater Houston Area, the Caribbean and Florida during this difficult time. At Novasyte, we are proud to say that one of our team members, Marissa Murphy, was on site with her search and rescue team supporting the much needed relief efforts in the most crucial 72 hours following the storm. We sat down with Marissa and interviewed her on her experience visiting the Greater Houston Area last week.

We are thrilled to announce that Novasyte ranked 2,428 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.
