With today marking the beginning of National Nurse Week 2017, we want to send a personal thank you to all nurses - especially those of you who are Novasyte consultants.
We're excited to announce that our Vice President of Finance, Tyler Tracy, will be speaking on a panel at the upcoming San Diego CFO Leadership Council meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
The upcoming meeting titled, "Managing Through the Generations - What is Your Talent Management Development Strategy?" will cover the generational trends and strategies for managing a mix of Baby Boomers (1946-1964), Gen Xers (1965-1977), and Gen Ys/Millennial (1978 or later).
Today Novasyte announced Dan Cary, RT, as the 2016 Consultant of the Year. This acknowledgment is given to those consultants who continually strive to achieve the highest level of customer service to Novasyte’s med-tech clients.
The Consultant of the Year award marks the highest form of recognition for consultants’ achievements in the field. Voted on by the internal Novasyte team, Dan was selected from four high-performing consultants nominated Consultant of the Quarter, who were in-turn recognized among the 52 individuals awarded Consultant of the Week. Client feedback, number of hours worked, expense management performance, and tenure with Novasyte are the key contributing factors evaluated when awarding Consultant of the Week.
“I was genuinely surprised,” said winner, Dan Cary. “It was absolutely the last thing I expected. The other Consultants of the Quarter were such strong contributors, and as a respiratory therapist, I was certain an RN would win. I just feel very grateful and hope my appreciation comes across.”
Novasyte is at maximum capacity in the current office location in Carlsbad, California, and excitement is brewing about our upcoming July 2017 move to an office location four times the existing size.
“When we combine our extremely talented, growing internal team with a business that is growing at 50 percent year-after-year, it is no surprise that we are bursting at the seams,” said Tim Gleeson, Novasyte CEO. “This move is an inevitable necessity. It reflects the recent and ongoing success we are experiencing thanks to the continued support and partnership we have with our clients and employees.”
The renovated building provides a modern work environment designed to support the many business activities within our suite of services, including a warehousing component for the S.M.A.R.T. Recall vertical and a call center for our phone-related programs.
